Derby's 2013 Christmas Lights Switch-On Celebrations

Market Place, Derby. Saturday 16th November 2013
 From 3.30pm (Lights Switch On 6.00pm)

Come and join in all the festive fun at Derby's annual Christmas lights switch-on event for 2013.

There will be lots of live entertainment from the Capital FM stage on Market Place from around 3.30pm hosted by Dino & Pete. Performances from the fabulously unique Derby's Rock Choir, singer Abbie Tabberer, and electronic pop/rock sounds from Micro Jupiter and Intensi-T, will create a magical exciting atmosphere leading up to the lights switch on at around 6.00pm.

Also, be sure not to miss the festive parade from 'The Spot' leading down to Market Place at around 4.30pm, which will include acrobatics and Stars from Derby's Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime and of course Santa!
